We can design and build your next packaging tooling or build it to your designs. We build tools for most thermoformers and resin types.
We stride to build tools that will run maximum cycle time, run 24/7 with minimum down time, be easy to set-up, change over and maintain. We can carefully calculate air fill/evacuation, fluid cooling needs, predict warpage, prevent thin spots, under forming, cold marks, and webbing.
Need heated molds for CPET, heated plugs for OPS and PP, tilt mold for Gabler, or foam compression mold for Irwin or TSL? We have got you covered. Our molds run PET all the way up to 42 shots per minute and PS foam up to 36 shots.

We can accept any CAD file and will provide you with 3D cad models as well as 2D PDF-DXF prints. We can utilize Adobe 3D files for your 3D model viewing in Adobe Acrobat Reader without a need for CAD system. Every tool is shipped with 11x17 book of paper prints for your records. We believe that you own the designs you paid for and we will supply you with any files you wish.
Need product design? We can design your next product or help with your design if desired. We can prototype it in-house before we build a large scale production tool.
